What is an EJC truffle?
Eleanor Joseph truffles are considered gourmet dessert truffles,
making them ideal for special occasions and as a unique dessert.
What is the difference between the
size of EJC truffles and others?
Eleanor Joseph truffles are approximately one ounce in size of
pure, solid chocolate and little air, rendering them far richer and
flavorful than other truffles.
How are the truffles shipped?
We ship via U.S. Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available
upon special request.
All truffles are securely wrapped in air-pillow packaging that helps
keep the truffles cool during shipment. All orders to warmer
climates must be shipped priority overnight. We do not ship to AP, FPO, or PO Boxes. Shipping prices may vary from region to region.
How do I estimate my shipping
costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically. Shipping weights
are a minimum of one pound.
When is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped within 72 hours, with the exception of
peak holiday periods.
What is the minimum order
quantity?
There is an eight-truffle minimum per order. You may combine
multiple truffle box sizes to meet the minimum order.
Should the truffle boxes be gift
wrapped?
All Eleanor Joseph truffles come in truly beautiful boxes,
making gift wrapping redundant. While the two and twelve truffle
boxes have magnetic closures, our four and eight truffle boxes are
tied with charming ribbons. We also have elegant gift bags
available.
What is the best way to store and
enjoy a truffle?
Truffles should be kept in a cool, dry place, approximately 67
degrees Fahrenheit. Excess heat or humidity can affect the texture, appearance,
and taste. Truffles are best served at room temperature in order to
appreciate the true flavors of the liqueurs, and they should be
consumed within two weeks. Truffles can be stored in the freezer for
extended periods of time. |
